Experts at installing resin bonded and resin bound surfaces in the Stockport area. Resin bound is a relatively new style of surfacing when compared to other options like tarmac or concrete. FCD can install resin bound and resin bonded surfaces for driveways, pathways, garden paths, patios and other general hard standing surfaces. We can offer you a range of stone type finishes to suit your home.

WHAT IS RESIN BOUND?

A Resin Bound Surface is where ornamental stone like chippings are encapsulated in a clear resin and applied to a solid base like concrete. ( Can be applied to compacted stone for example around Tree’s to allow water to permeate through ). For Pedestrian use, the Resin is applied to approx 12-15mm depth and for Vehicle use the depth is increased to 15-18mm. With this system the finish is troweled and thus providing a smooth finish.

I called to arrange a quote and the person called Andrew first promised to come messed me around then when I asked when can you make it he said I don’t know. My advice to people don’t bother with this company as very rude and will mess you around when you try to give them work.
